I'm absolutely thrilled to share some wonderful news with you all! I've recently achieved my Pelvic Rehab Practitioner Certification (PRPC)! This was a significant undertaking, requiring a great deal of study, dedication, and a deep dive into the intricacies of pelvic health, and I'm so proud to have reached this milestone.  I was certified 10 years ago, in 2015, as a Women’s Clinical Specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists. This exam was a (re)certification - through a different testing group, Herman and Wallace, leaders in pelvic health education.

Since 2015, I have consistently demonstrated my expertise and commitment to the field through testing and certification. For me, this certification isn't just a new set of initials after my name. It represents a profound commitment to clinical excellence and a dedication to providing you with the highest standard of care. I believe in continuously pushing myself to learn and grow, because frankly, when it comes to your health and well-being, I don't believe in accepting second best. This advanced training equips me with even more specialized knowledge and skills to help you on your path to feeling your best.

Now, I also want to take this opportunity to talk a little about the healing journey itself, something I'm even more passionate about supporting you through. Healing, especially when it comes to pelvic health, truly takes time and dedication – from you! It's important to remember that it often took a while to get to where you are now – perhaps a lifetime of having fun, moving, and living, or sometimes through specific injuries or events that have built up. So, the path to feeling better also requires consistent effort and, most importantly, patience.

Be patient with yourself. Be patient with the process. This is so crucial. Sometimes, we're not just addressing physical symptoms. There can be deeper layers involved, including emotional wounds that may have played a role and manifested on a physical level.

As we work together, we're often gently peeling back these layers. It's a process that deserves to be honored, allowing space for whatever comes up as those layers are carefully addressed. Your body holds your story, and listening to it with kindness is key.

I'm more passionate than ever about supporting you on your path to pelvic health and wellness, equipped with this enhanced knowledge and an unwavering commitment to your care.

Thank you for being part of this community and for trusting me with your health.

Warmly,

Jane Franczak, PT, WCS, PRPC, CMTPT
