Get moving and invite fluidity into the body by making stretching a part of your morning routine! You can play with various postures to see which ones work best for you and tailor them to meet your needs.


Everyone has different schedules and demands throughout their day, which is why finding a sweet spot to cater to your body's needs may take some thought and tweaking.


If possible, having a comfortable place to stretch in your room so you may, literally, roll out of bed and get your stretch on is ideal. Start with passive, easy postures and focus on your breath while acknowledging gratitude for another day on this beautiful planet.


Our thoughts and intentions are powerful! How we wake up and start our day sets the tone for what is to come. Try keeping positive thinking and affirmations at the forefront of your consciousness while you wake up the body. Coming back to the breath as you move is a great way to remain present.
