Jane set up in the yoga room ready to provide Movement & Postural Screenings. Our friends at Soul Society Yoga were wonderful hosts!

On Saturday April 26th, our friends at Soul Society Yoga Studio in Chester, MD hosted Jane to provide Movement & Postural Screenings to 8 lucky participants. These 10-minute assessments provide an opportunity to for the recipient to learn:


  • Discover Stability Deficits

  • Find Postural Alterations

  • Determine Mobility Issues

  • Assess Risk for Injury

  • Uncover Solutions


The intention of checking in with our overall alignment and mobility is to allow proactively recognize areas that could use our attention before a strain or injury occurs. Being active and feeling good in our bodies is such a gift, one that affords us the ability to enjoy our lives and the activities we love the most! From being in peak fitness and participating in fitness classes, to feeling energetic and playing with the grandchildren.


As we have moved out of the hibernation of winter into a more active time, checking in with ourselves to ensure we are ready to get back into our golf swing or tennis game can be a wonderful way to ease back into the flow and energy of spring and summer.
