Our biggest ally for overall health and wellness is our sweet Mother Earth! By simply getting outside and taking time to feel the sun on our skin and breathe in fresh air, we are supplying our body, mind, and spirit with medicine that cannot be found at a pharmacy.


When our systems are depleted or out of balance, connecting with nature is the fastest way to allow ourselves the opportunity to reset. By bringing awareness to our internal weather and sending our lovingkindness to wherever it is needed most, we can facilitate healing and balance ourselves.


Creating a ritual around your connection with nature is a wonderful way to honor yourself. Taking a few moments in the morning or throughout the day to put your bare feet on the earth, drink in the fresh air, and feel the warm sunshine on your face is a beautiful way to be present and celebrate life. Or better yet - dance in the rain!
