I’ve recently discovered a great line - It’s now my favorite:

"Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity"

-Seneca (a roman philosopher)

Even better that I am of Italian/Sicilian heritage.

Life is full of unexpected chances, but they can be significant steppingstones towards reaching your goals.

When you are prepared, you will be more likely to recognize and capitalize on these opportunities, making it seem that you were simply lucky to be in the right place at the right time.

You will increase your chances of success if you are actively preparing for the opportunity.

The name of my business is SerendipPT - a fortunate discovery.

It all started because I was teaching a class with John Barnes, PT and father of MFR.

He encouraged me to put my cards on the table for students to obtain and call me for treatments.  Since I had none, unprepared, I wrote it on a napkin.

As LUCK would have it, people did call.

Or was it really luck.

I was prepared - I was fully trained as a PT, and MFR therapist.

I had a wonderful room at home where I could see clients.

I owned a table and linens.

I seized on the opportunity presented.

How does this relate to you?

Are you recognizing the opportunity you have right now?

You can book your sessions monthly and stay ahead of any issues that may arise as you et outdoors this summer and play on the water, play golf, hike, travel, etc.

You see, I book my hair appointments and my personal therapy treatments 4 and 8 weeks in advance. I block my calendar.

This way, I am prepared and reserve the time from work, family and random events.

If you plan ahead, you can get the time that works best for you.

Additionally, you can prevent any issues from getting worse by tackling them ahead of time.

If you are pregnant or planning to start your family, - you can prepare ahead of time with our pregnancy package. We address your pelvic alignment, your breathing and pushing, teach you safe exercise for your core and pelvic floor, treat the pelvic floor and perineum to prevent tearing, address painful regions. You can go into your delivery with fewer complications, protection any orthopedic issues from worsening during delivery. Your delivery day is easier when you seize the opportunity by preparing ahead.

BTW- Men have needs too!

They need pelvic floor PT because they also have a pelvic floor!

They also suffer from leakage, pelvic pain, constipation, retention, painful intercourse, unresolved hip pain, etc.

Do you know a man who may be suffering?

Help him reach his goals by spreading the word to him.

He’ll be lucky to have chatted with you…and found SerendipPT.

SerendipPT - a fortunate discovery.
