Pain is real! It is an effective mechanism used as a warning system to protect you from harm. Pain is created by the brain and scientists say the more the brain processes pain, the more perceptive it gets until it’s always on high alert.


The intensity and frequency of pain, along with emotions play a big role in how the brain perceives pain.
